7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
For stolen packages (marked “delivered” but not received), customers should contact the local carrier and file a report.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect merchandise.
All return requests must be made within 7 business days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
